Move Well brings New Zealand green-lipped mussel oil into a convenient daily capsule. This oil naturally contains omega-3 fatty acids, including ETA.
How omega-3s work in the body
Omega-3s have an important role in everyday biology. After digestion, these fats contribute to the outer layer of your cells and to chemical messengers that help regulate the body’s inflammatory response.
An extraction method with purpose
Our extraction method is designed to retain polar lipids and phospholipids — naturally occurring fats in mussel oil. The formula uses green-lipped mussel oil without added krill oil.
A 2021 review reported encouraging findings for green-lipped mussel powders and oil extracts. Among people with hip or knee osteoarthritis, a combined analysis of five trials found a moderate reduction in pain.
